Youth in Nature has Educated Over 5,575 Students Since 2015!
Through TVC’s Youth in Nature program, participating 4th-graders enjoy three days of engaging activities led by a science educator consultant.
This transformative experience gives children the opportunity to connect with nature - fostering a deeper understanding of their environment, and instilling a sense of environmental stewardship.
When children and families understand how the value of land connects to their health, wildlife habitat, and the watershed, they will act to protect it.
As we look ahead to the next school year, we are eager to continue offering this transformative experience to as many 4th-grade classes in the Tri-Valley as possible.
